Marketing standards
Every affiliate and operator on the marketplace is expected to follow these rules.
- Never target minors or anyone below the legal gambling age in the destination market.
- Never target self-excluded individuals or run remarketing against exclusion lists.
- Never promise guaranteed winnings, risk-free play or income from gambling.
- Always display licence information and age restrictions where the market requires it.
- Always respect market-specific advertising rules, including bonus-claim restrictions.
- Never promote brands in GEOs listed as restricted on the programme page.
