As an agent you can register your client account, making sure you insert your platform username in the "referral" field, or directly send him a referral link. This will help our system track and allocate the sales commissions.

Once property selected, the deposit bank details are sent to the customers, so that he can secure his investment

Property Ownership
Once reaching 100% capitalization, 3 events happens:
- New SPV structure is created
- Property ownership is transferred to SPV
- Share Certificate of ownership is emitted to client
- Agent receives commission

Refund Guarantee If the capitalization goal isn't met, all funds (100%) are returned to investors, and no commissions are paid
