After you place your order for desired property and decide on how many stakes you want,, we will send you payment details for your Escrow Deposit, so that you can secure your investment.
Property Ownership
Once reaching 100% capitalization:
- New SPV structure is created
- Purchase is being made: Escrow deposit is transfer to seller, and property ownership is transferred to SPV
- SPV Share Certificate of ownership is emitted to you
Refund Guarantee If the capitalization goal isn't met, all funds (100%) are entirely returned to you.
