A stake represents a 2% ownership share in a specific luxury vacation property. Each stake grants the owner one week per year to enjoy the property, the option to earn rental income, and a portion of any appreciation in the property’s value.
Stakeholders use our flexible scheduling system to select their preferred vacation weeks. This system ensures fair access to peak times and accommodates personal preferences as much as possible.
If you choose not to use your vacation week, Nestake can manage the rental of your stake to guests. You’ll earn passive income from these rentals, handled entirely by our professional management team.
By referring new stakeholders to Nestake, you earn commission rewards. This includes a 5% commission for direct referrals and additional commissions for sales within your referral network, up to four levels deep. Plus, joining our referral program connects you to a community of luxury real estate enthusiasts and provides early access to new properties and special events.
